I came across Catherine’s classes a few years ago, when she was the Head Trainer at Tempo Pilates, London and remember thinking ‘Wow, whoever says Pilates is easy or boring has it totally wrong!’

I’ve always felt challenged by her classes but in a really good way. They are tough but Catherine has a unique ability to programme every class so that the exercises seamlessly flow and time just flies by as a result. In fact, they are actually really good fun and you always end up feeling amazing after each class. You feel stronger, fitter and exhilarated from all the endorphins running through your body. For the ultimate cardio burn try her jumpboard class in which she manages to combine HITT training principles with Pilates moves. It's amazing, the ultimate workout!

Catherine also has an extensive knowledge of the human body and its needs: I’ve participated in several of her fascia release workshops and her ability to intuitively guide me to release tightness in my muscles using self massage techniques with small fascia balls, is astounding. You feel lighter, longer, pain free, blissfully relaxed and I always have an amazing night’s sleep.

I go out of my way to join a class or take a workshop with her as I know it will be amazing. I highly recommend you try her out asap!”
