Catherine teaches a challenging, fun, full-body, flowing workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone every muscle in your body on both the mat and reformer. She has combined classic Pilates moves with more functional fitness exercises and training methodologies to develop her own unique, highly effective signature style. Often, she uses small hand weights, stability balls, and resistance bands to increase the intensity of the overall movement, thereby delivering greater conditioning and muscle-toning effects. Catherine’s inimitable style, intelligent programme design and no-nonsense approach mean you are engaged from start to finish — and her ability to easily offer modifications means that all fitness abilities can be catered for in every class.
She also offers her signature Fascia Release Class, expertly designed to reset your body and release deep-held tension from head to toe. Using small therapy balls, you’ll learn targeted rolling techniques to unlock tight spots, boost circulation, and improve mobility. Each rolling sequence is simple to master and feels blissfully therapeutic—like giving yourself a bespoke deep-tissue massage. Better yet, you’ll leave with easy take-home techniques to keep muscles supple, posture aligned, and everyday aches at bay long after the retreat ends.
