I came across Catherine’s classes a few years ago, when she was the Head Trainer at Tempo Pilates, London and remember thinking ‘Wow, whoever says Pilates is easy or boring has it totally wrong!’

I’ve always felt challenged by her classes but in a really good way. They are tough but Catherine has a unique ability to programme every class so that the exercises seamlessly flow and time just flies by as a result.
