Catherine is comprehensively trained on all Pilates apparatus to an advanced level with Stott Pilates. More recently, she has completed the training programme with Polestar Pilates. She has also completed training in the Lagree Method which is a more fitness based, transformational style of Pilates Reformer.
As both a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Coach and a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, she is uniquely positioned to optimally help people in all areas of their wellbeing, enabling them to live a truly enriched life. She intuitively brings elements of all these modalities into every session as she feels appropriate to her clients' needs and goals.
Her aim is always to empower and support her clients to look and feel like the healthiest, best version of themselves.

Over the years, Catherine has taught a vast array of group exercise classes at premium London studios — but for the last 10 years, she has specialised in Pilates, on the mat, the reformer and all the Pilates apparatus. She brings abundant knowledge, a vast and diverse skill set and extensive scholarship to everything she does, ensuring immeasurable results and creating must-have experiences.
She was given the accolade of being one of London's top ten Pilates trainers by Class Pass — and she consistently delivers intelligently-programmed, transformative wait-listed Pilates classes.
Catherine was the Head Trainer for Tempo Pilates, a boutique dynamic reformer studio in London and has recently been appointed at the Master Trainer for Refine Pilates also in London.
She is one of the Pilates Experts for the on-demand platform livebrave.life and regularly contributes to the platform as well as teaching at their events and retreats.
She has recently become a Pilates Tutor and Assessor for HFE Ltd delivering their Pilates programmes.

The good news is that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. Just focus on real food with good, honest, natural ingredients. Make things from scratch where you can. Eat a daily rainbow of fruits and veg. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water! Your body will thank you for it.
