With more than 30 years in the fitness industry, Catherine Riding is a highly respected, multi-disciplinary trainer specialising in Pilates, functional fitness, and lifestyle coaching. Advanced certifications with Stott Pilates ®, Polestar Pilates ®, and the Lagree Method ® underpin her dynamic, intelligent approach to movement.

Named one of London’s Top 10 Pilates Trainers by ClassPass, Catherine has held senior roles at Move Your Frame and Tempo Pilates, and is a featured expert on LiveBrave.life. Her mission is to help clients feel healthier, stronger, aligned, and empowered—because she believes a healthy body and mind are essential prerequisites to living your best life.

Her retreats bring together like-minded people for energising Reformer Pilates sessions, invigorating hikes in nature, and nourishing food, balanced with plenty of time to rest, recharge, and be looked after.
