“Today I am the healthiest and happiest I've ever been, and you can be too.”

But it wasn't always that way. There have been times when I saw food and my body as the enemy… where I ran headlong into adrenal burnout by overtraining and under-fuelling myself… where I lived on caffeine and over-processed so called healthy food… where I was constantly on go mode and where I used to struggle with debilitating IBS symptoms.

Nowadays, I understand and embrace high-quality, whole food nutrition. I stay fit, strong and flexible primarily with Pilates-based conditioning, walking my dogs, and a daily cycling commute. I've mastered how to balance my nervous system by prioritising rest and sleep.

My food ethos today is that eating well should be easy— eating a variety of whole foods, vegetables, and fruit from quality sources. Today my diet is primarily plant-based but I do eat some dairy and eggs from organic, grass-fed, free-range animals. Eating well is not about eating perfectly. It is about taking a few simple steps to do our best.

I live a very full and active life, juggling many commitments. So, like you, I need to be able to make quick, simple, nutritious meals in 30 minutes max… or 15 minutes preferably!

You can be sure that if we work together, I will cut through the misleading nutrition information that plagues the health and wellness industry and tripped ME up too!
