upcoming workshops

Fascia ROLL, Release & Relax-lower body focus

Next workshop June 2026, Frame Shorditch. Date TBC

In these experiential workshops, you will learn what fascia is and why it gets tight and painful. Then, you will be guided through a lower-body self-massage sequence using small balls to relieve unwanted tension, stiffness, or pain you might be experiencing — whether due to overuse, underuse, poor posture or old injuries. We will focus specifically on hips, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and feet. A deliciously invigorating, deeply releasing and blissfully nourishing practice, you’ll leave with a greater sense of space, improved ease of movement, and a more grounded connection to your body, along with a calm and settled mind.

Exploring the Original Mat Repertoire

May 23, 2026 1-3pm, Frame Shoreditch

An immersive and informative mat pilates workshop, where we’ll explore the traditional exercises created by Joseph Pilates in a way that’s accessible, practical, and insightful.

You’ll discover the purpose behind each movement, learn precise technique, and explore practical modifications so you can move with confidence, strength, and control—whether on the mat or the reformer. This is your chance to go beyond following exercises and gain a deeper understanding of how Pilates truly works for your body, improving posture, alignment, and overall performance.

In a friendly, supportive environment, you’ll ask questions, experiment with movements, and leave with a deeper connection to your practice, ready to apply what you’ve learned on both the mat and the reformer.
