In these experiential workshops, you will learn what fascia is and why it gets tight and painful. Then, you then be guided through a full-body, self-massage sequence using small balls to relieve unwanted tension, stiffness or pain you might be experiencing — whether due to overuse or underuse of your body, poor posture, old injuries or stress. You'll walk away from the workshop feeling invigorated, pain-free, stretched and blissfully relaxed.

In this workshop you will be taught and practice the intermediate and advanced contemporary Pilates repertoire. You will learn the essence of the exercise, the benefits to your body, and you will be offered modifications and adjustments to reflect your ability. This workshop is for you if you want to deepen your practice and understanding of the contemporary Pilates method.
